We are an architectural firm with over 16 years of experience in both new and renovation residential projects and commercial design. While LJZ Architect provides architectural plans for residential and commercial projects, LJZ also is frequently asked to assist in resolving code compliance issues. Being a part of the local construction community for many years and working with most of the building departments, Linda J Zwart, Architect is well qualified and experienced when dealing with local code compliance.
