Our goal at LJZ Architect is to offer our clients the finest architectural services available. We are an architectural firm with over 16 years of experience in both new and renovation residential projects and commercial design. Our projects incorporate classic architectural elements and aesthetically pleasing details, while utilizing sound design principles, "green" concepts and technology to create a home that is unique, energy efficient and fits our clients' lifestyle.
While LJZ Architect provides architectural plans for residential and commercial projects, LJZ also is frequently asked to assist in resolving code compliance issues. Being a part of the local construction community for many years and working with most of the building departments, Linda J Zwart, Architect is well qualified and experienced when dealing with local code compliance.
